At Namaste Guru, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The item must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Undergarments or intimate wear
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

Namaste Guru does not have any final sale items. All eligible products can be returned within the 14-day return period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a refund for the full value of the returned item, subject to eligibility requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you with the exchange process, subject to product availability.
